1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper/red pepper
1/2 onion
Here is what you will need for the sauce :
1/3 c olive oil
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 c water
1/4 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T fresh lime juice
3 t garlic
1/2 t oregano
1 t soy sauce [low sodium]
